High Paced full speed drill.

The top line goes 2 on 2 and the bottom line goes 1 on 1 but all are done at full speed !!!!

Coaches dump in either on net and goalie plays puck behind the net or into a corner or just into the corner directly. Players take off and fight for position D taking the man first and the puck second, should the D take possession of the puck he is to make a hard pass back to coach. The coach will dump the puck in again to keep the play moving.

If a goal is scored on your side the drill is now over, if not the fighting continues until coach blows the whistle. Once drill is complete all skaters rush full speed back to lines with the forwards switching sides

Notes: Drill should run 30 to 45 seconds at full speed to simulate a game shift.
