1.Goalie begins at red circle facing (A) cone. Goalie will then shuffle to (B).

2.Goalie squares off to (B) and drops to butterfly; then will do a butterfly shuffle to (A) en does a butterfly shuffle to (A).

3.Goalie will skate backwards to red dot.

4.Goalie will shuffle to (C) drop to butterfly; then will do a butterfly shuffle to (A)
