1. Forwards and Defense at opposing ends of the rink in the corner
2. On the whistle the Forward takes off with a puck and skates out to the blue line
3. At the same time the D skates out to the first cone and and pivots backwards around the cone.
4. F makes a pass to the D and starts curling to the middle
5. D receives the pass and pivots around the second cone giving a pass back to the F down the middle
6. F goes down on a 1 on 0
