Starts of with Coach passing to either F1 or F2, players continue in on goalie as a 2 on 1, they are only allowed one pass. After shot the pivot up ice and receive a pass from the coach again, D1 has jumped into the play for a 2 on 1 situation. After 2 on 1 F3 skates behind net with puck and heads back up ice with the other forwards, D1 has to get back into play and now D2 has jumped into play creating a 3 on 2 situation. After 3 on 2 has taken shot F3 pivots back up ice, coach passes him puck and he goes 1 on 1 on goalie.
Repeats with new guys.
