Both lines go at the same time.
2 (F) and 1 (D) skate. First F goes middle ice for a shot.
2nd F takes goes to the far side face off dot and cuts in and shoots. D must skate to center ice, pivot and skate backwards around center, pivot and go in and shoot.

Change sides at the half way point. To promote turning and pivoting from both sides.
