Player starts in slot, sprints to corner and stops. Player then sprints back to the crease area and stops. Player finishes by sprinting back to line.

Notes: Simulates game situation of intensity to corner and winning the race back to the net. If you have a checking dummie, you can have the player check that in the corner instead of stopping.
