1 F and D start in a line at the face off dot facing up ice. On coaches whistle D skates backward to bottom of circle, pivots skates around outside of circle and up to the first cone. F Skates hard up ice around far cone and race back down boards. D tries to angle F off into the boards and win puck. F drives hard to net for a goal.

The only rule is F can't drive to net until they get below face off circle. If D wins puck they can score on net.
