High paced checking drill for all

Set up as shown, and drill starts on coaches whistle.

Player in circle makes hard pass to player standing at center ice red line.
Pass is made standing still and receiving player cant move until they have procession of the puck

Player with puck must skate as hard and fast down the boards trying to reach the corner, passing player skates at player with the puck but can not make contact until defensive player crosses blue line (so explode and get there fast)

Drill continues until whistle , on the whistle the next group goes and drill continues.

Players are not done with drill until the sprint to get back in line, switching lines after every turn.

Notes: Read situation , be aggressive and work hard after contact is made.
