coach dumps puck in corner play till coach's whistle or puck is frozen . Keep shifts short like 30 seconds, make kids compete hard for the puck.

Station 2 - 8 mins
1on1
On whistle, D1 skates to top circle, transitions backwards sakting to goal line, transitions forward to pick up a puck and pass to F2 going up the wall, F2 up and around pylon for a 1on1 with D1 who mirrors F2 to play the 1on1. Then opposite corner goes D2 & F1
