1. Coach dumps into endzone
2. D-D, hit winger/center, forwards must make one more pass before all forwards hard stop at blueline and move puck back to D.
3. D-D again, and repeat as above, this time regrouping at center line.
4. Same thing up to far blueline
5. F1 with puck enters zone wide and at full speed and hard direction change below hash marks, F2 screens goalie, F3 delays to high slot.
6. F1 passes to F3 for quick shot on net. F2 screens, tips, rebounds.
7. Coach in corner hits D with pass. D-D and shot on goal with 3 forwards in for tips, screens and rebounds.
8. Coach in other corner hits other D with pass. D-D and shot on goal as above.
