Follow the pylons with a puck. Simulates wide zone entry and neutral zone lane changing. There are three options for getting the puck to the net; (1) net jam, (2) get to the centre house, (3) strong to weak house movement.

Notes: A coach can provide pressure in the house in order to force options.
