Flip nets over so goalie is defending the bottom of the net. Goalies have no sticks. GOALIE CANNOT FREEZE PUCK. Goalie has to battle to protect the bottom of the net and keep pucks out for as long as they can.

First group starts with one puck in zone. Once they score, they must vacate the zone and grab another puck from center ice. They must attack onside.

Time how long it takes each group to get five goals. Group with lower time wins.
