3 Stations to practice proper techniques (each station requires a coach)

1) Emphasize shooting technique - preferred wrist shot

2) Stickhandling in front, to forehand, back to front, over to backhand. Repeat.

3) Emphasize proper passing technique and how to receive a pass on the forehand and backhand.
