Whistle 1: Bottom player stick handles puck through open pucks.
Whistle 2: Bottom player exits puck area with puck and shoots. Middle player starts figure 8 with puck.
Whistle 3: Middle player exits figure 8 and goes in to shoot. Top player takes puck and uses body to shield puck from other players who gently try to get puck away.
Whistle 4: Top player explodes off wall, exits board area and shoots. Bottom player goes, start cycle again. Players rotate through stations
