D moves from Blueline to pick up puck in centre circle
D skates backwards with puck, pivots at blueline.
At same time F skates down and around half circle to head up the ice.
D pivots to outside, turns around cone to hit breaking forward.
D then transitions to oppopsite side to meet F coming down side boards. This develops into a 1-on-1 to a scoring play.
