All forwards start on the same whistle. Forwards in diagonal corners skate with puck around top of circle, shoots and stops at net. 2nd forward skates with the puck around the entire cirlce, shoots and stops at net.
As second shot is taken a forward in front of the Defense passes to the defense who then walks the line and takes the third shot through the screen/tip.
Forwards then curl to 1st forward's corner to receive a pass and attack the shooting defense 2v1 the length of the ice.
