RD takes ice with puck - LD support RD if pass
C swings up the wall, RW takes middle ice and LW sprint to Red line (ANCHOR)

D important to take ice and allow the forwards to get into a good spot
D support D always be ready for D to D pass

If puck goes to the LW, LW needs to find the RW sprinting though middle lane, and C attacks from outside in to the goal.

If RW gets puck attack the middle and when you feel D side pressure pass to C or LW

Then drill needs speed and attacking the seams find ice
