All 6 players leave at the same time.
1) Low Players full speed around offsides dots, shoot, and wait for rebound/tip
2) High Player does Single crossovers down the ice, drags the puck backwards across the top of the zone. Makes two dekes at each dot on the way down, shoots, and waits for rebound/tip
3) Defenseman leave and make hard passes with opposite coach (2x around the circle). Skate inside the blue line and stop. They should drag, push the puck to the center of the ice looking for a shooting lane. Should be working on quick feet, finding shooting lanes and shot fakes.
