On the whistle, all 5 players break out with H-L forward breakout, heading up the ice as a team and end in a breakaway shot.

After the shot, F1 picks up the ring and breaks out with the Center & F2 as D1 and D2 defend.

The drill ends when the forwards get a shot or the defense cause a turn over.

Notes: When practicing - be sure to have a coach with each forward to help them with directions and help with when to leave.
