U9 Edge Work and Stopping
Description
Location: Quarter Ice
Players will start in the corner and go around the circle once. The player will then perform a full stop at Cone 1 then Cone 2.
Progressions
1. C-cuts with the outside leg
2. Crossovers
3. Switch directions to work the other leg and perform progressions #1/2 - change the cones to be opposite to fit the opposite direction of the drill.
