half circle in front of the goalie one at a time shoot at the goalie to warm him up. after shooting skate into the coner turn and skate out to the center ice line, skate along the red line in a clock wise direction curling at far boards and returning on the blue line repeat a few time to give both goalies a good warm up change skating direction each time
