Heisman Crossovers - Forward to dot, crossover to edge of circle, crossover back to dot, backward to start, forward to dot, repeat on opposite side. Forward all the way to top of circle, backward to dot, crossover to edge of circle, crossover back to dot, forward to top, backward to dot, repeat on opposite side.

Weaves - Be sure to reverse direction after one full time around.

Notes: Can do these drills with or without a puck.

HiOn Weaves higher level player can have a player passing a puck for a quick shot after every turn towards the net on one of the in-zone circles.
