HALF ICE rules:
Goal of the game is to hold possession of the puck in the O Zone and/or Score a goal. Coach can determine 30 or 45 seconds as the winning possession time.

Offense: Goal is scored or complete possession goal - WIN
Defense: Break out of the zone (or clear) whatever coach chooses. - WIN

Winners play offense on next rep. New line would come in on defense.

FULL ICE RULES:
2 zones going at the same time.
Winner: First Offense team to score first or First D team to clear zone first
