3-on-0 (three pass)

Drill Diagram

Description

Pucks are placed in circles on opposite ends and sides of the ice. One team is placed on one side of the ice at the red line and the second team is opposite. The goal is to collect a puck from the circle, make at least three passes and then score. The group of three must keep going until they score. After scoring they skate back across the red line before the next group of three players is allowed to leave. The drill ends with a winning team who puts all pucks from their circle into the net.

Notes: Pay attention to goalie movement (i.e. make them move laterally).
