Centre starts w/puck and passes to either wing. F1 is back-checker (picks up wide lane)
*meanwhile F2 & F3 are playing 2vs2. On whistle F2 & F3 and both D bust down to far end to play 5 on 5.

Notes: once whistle blows, F2 and F3 have to make sure D don't beat them down into their own end.
