Rotation A - Tight Maneuvering with Balance: Start on goal line in corner and complete each maneuver at the cones as numbered, line up and repeat in other direction. Next player starts after previous skater circles cone 2, players line up on far side to repeat in the other direction. Recommended maneuvers:

1. one-foot stops at each cone - inside edge only

2. one-foot stops at each cone - outside edge only

3. forwards one-foot inside edge half stop at each cone, drop knee at each stop

4. backwards one-foot inside edge half stop at each cone, drop knee at each stop

5. inside edge tight turn around each cone, drop knee at each turn

6. Tight turns around each cone with inside hand on the cone (360s then 720s)

7. tight mohawk turns around each cone with both hands on the cone (360s then 720s)

Rotation B - Crossover Balance: Start on goal line on opposite corner and complete crossovers maneuvers at both circles shown. Next player starts after previous skater completes the first circle, players line up on far side as shown and await next set. Recommended maneuvers:

1. one-foot forward crossover holds on inside edge

2. one-foot forward crossover holds on outside edge

3. one-foot backward crossover holds on inside edge

4. one-foot backward crossover holds on outside edge

5. jump over sticks at the top of each circle into pivots from forward to backwards

6. jump over sticks prior to the circle directly into a backwards transition

7. perform controlled shoulder falls at each circle into open ice
