Edge Work (on the lines)

Description

This station focuses on individual edge work. There are multiple edge progressions that can be worked on:
(1) Crossunder (step over the line crossing legs in a continuous motion).
(2) Inside edge using the line as the transition from edge to edge (i.e. left to right).
(3) Inside left, inside right, mohawk left, inside right, inside left, mohawk right.
(4) Heel pushes with the puck.

Notes: For crossunders focus on head and shoulders. Head should be forward and shoulders square.
