Passing , shooting , goalie drill

Timing is everything (DONT JUST GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS)

Set up as shown on coaches whistle drill starts with O2 skating directly at O1 who is standing on or behind the goaline in line with the dots.

O2 does not pass until they cross the blue line, after pass O2 crashes the net and O1 passes for a 1 time shot or a redirection shot.

After shooting O2 lines up behind the goal line in line with the dots and waits for a pass from X1 and drill continues.

Passers be patient do not just fire the puck when you get it , be aware of entire play and where the player is your passing to TIMING IS EVERYTHING !!!!!!
