Cross Pass Flow with Quick Up

Drill Diagram

Description

X starts without a puck and curls toward the centre ice on the opposite side of the pylon line. O times skating with the puck and makes a pass to X. X receives the pass and skates toward the boards. O skates hard (quick up) for a pass in the middle of the ice, within the neutral zone. They then cut wide and enter the zone (onside) and O and X make a 2-on-0 play. This happens in succession until all players have received a pass. The last pass can be made by the coach.

Notes: This can be run in an alternating sides fashion.
