1) On whistle first forward leaves with puck and shoots near the hash marks
2) second forward tries to backcheck and prevent the first forward form getting a shot off
3) On second whistle, the two forwards head up ice around the cone
4) Coach sends a puck out and both forwards compete for the puck down the ice

Notes: If a goal is scored or goalie freezes it, forwards can head up the ice right away. Next group starts on the second whistle
