Black F's skate around centre circle.
Red F's skate to ringette line and then head back up ice.
Black D complete a D2D and back, then dump all the way down.
Red D need to gap up and then turn back to collect puck.

When Black D dump puck, Black F's can start forechecking.
Black D will step up and Red F's will come back to support Red D and create outlets.
