Drill to make players work hard through rough play.

Players lay on their stomachs next to coach at center ice circle and start drill on whistle.

Each player tries to fight their way through the 3 checkers as they race to get to the loose puck.

Checkers do not crush the skaters , 1 bump and let them go.

1st player to the puck becomes O and other player becomes D, if both players get to puck at same time they fight for procession.
