Not a high speed drill !!!!

Set up as shown

O player starts drill on the goal line in line with the face off dots. O players skates with puck outside the circle and does a back pass off the boards for the X player coming in from the blue line.

THE X PLAYERS CAN NOT START UNTIL PUCK CARRIER PASSES THE HASH MARKS !!!!!!!!!

After bounce pass O players stay outside the circle and go to the net looking for a pass from X

X do not rush the pass !!!!! Look to make sure the receiver is ready for pass !!!!!

X passes , O shoots ......X goes to line behind goal line , O goes to line at blue line.

Notes: Can be done with single net alternating sides
