Left Zone - Advantage 3on3
3 attackers get 1 min to score as many goals as possible.
3 defenders need to flip sticks to defend zone.
If puck is scored, covered or cleared, coach will throw in a new puck for continuation.
Goals count as points and are accumulated through 4 rounds.
Teams switch after 1 min and do so for 4 rounds.

Neutral Zone - Tight Turn Puck Keeper Battle
On whistle players race through weave course for the puck placed at centre ice dot.
Once at the puck, its a game of keep away 1on1 until coach blows 2 whistles
(10-15 seconds). Player with puck gets point for team. If puck is not in possession no points are awarded.

Right Zone - Gretzky Behnid the Net
Teams play 2on2 in the white area, but before being able to shoot or score, they have to feed their Gretzky behind the net and get a pass out before shooting.
Gretzky behind the net can score on rebounds and tip or redirects. They can move up until the post (imaginary goal line). But can only do so after feeding a pass back to the 2on2 group.

Left Zone - Battle Snipers
Players will play in 3 separate areas
There will be 2, 1on1 battles along with 2 station sniper stations (Snipers can move on their side of ice but can't cross to other side & defend against the other sniper).
Objective: Get your sniper to shoot and score or sniper creates a rebound that you capitalize on.
Coach throws puck into corner and battle begins. Teams are trying to work the puck to their "sniper" above the ringette line. Once the sniper has the puck they can shoot to score, shoot to tip, shoot to create a rebound. Snipers are the only ones who can "shoot". The others can only tip, deflect or rebound off the "sniper's" shot.
Players don't need to complete any number of passes before the sniper can shoot. It can go from bottom to top immediately, but the only rule is that if you want to change possession after a shot, you need to move the puck below the goal line and back up (like clearing the 3pt line in street ball). You can't feed your sniper or score directly off the other teams sniper shot. Rotate positions after each goal is scored.

Neutral Zone - Relay Pivot Races
Players race across the ice and complete the pivot course. After pivoting around the second flank side, players need to race to the wall and touch it before back peddling to the centre dot and pivoting forward to tag (done w/o puck) or pass (when done w/puck).
Once all 3 players have completed, the first team complete gets a point. Races restart for next point.

Right Zone - 3 Puck Shootout
Same rules as the 5 puck shootout, but with only 3 pucks.
Score and keep shooting.
Miss and pass back, previous shooter needs to exit the ringette line before player can attack the net after pass.
