set 4 cones in a square; position 3 players at 3 of the cones on the outside of the square and place one player inside the square.

The 3 players outside the square move the puck around the square, passing and moving to become an option for the player with the puck

The player inside the square forechecks the puck, using quick starts and stops. The player must keep his skates inside the square but can reach out with his stick.
