Continuous stations for puck protection. Work on shuffling in cones and end with shot on net. Rotate to boards battle drill: offense retrieves and protects puck along boards. Defense contains player until ~10 second whistle then battle for shot on net.

Coaches: one to run each stations, retrieve pucks as needed

Goalies: work on angle/depth
