-coach blows whistle, red F's attack up ice against black D 3on2.
-black F's backchecking up ice and red D jumping up to join the attack.
-if goal is scored by red F on rush or during 5on5 play, coach will throw a puck down to red's end/goalie and they will need to regroup and breakout as a group of 5.
*This could also happen if the play doesn't progress on the OZ attack 5on5.
-black players need to identify clear possession and either attack up ice 122 or sit back into a 131 trap.
-drill will play out 5on5, depending on the possession, coach will throw a 2nd puck down into 1 of the zones and that team will need to speed back to breakout while the other team determines their forecheck approach.
