Offensive Side
Coach sends the ring into the corner
- F1 carries the ring to initiate long side attack
- F2 trails and moves to set a pick on the Coach, who is acting as the low defender
- F3 disappears and re-enters the zone to receive a drop pass from F1

Defensive Side
Coaches cycle the ring and work with the girls on defensive triagle
