Left Zone - Puck Race Battle
-Players complete 2 quick tight turns and battle for a puck to shoot on net.

Neutral Zone - Delay, Escape & Pass
-Players get a pass, skate forward, quick deke the first cone and go to the side their deke to.
-Players then complete 2 quick tight turns skate back across the last cone and complete a pass to the next in line.

Right Zone - Puck Control G&G
-Players skate w/puck & tight turn around cones.
-Players pass to coach and then skate below and around the net then up ice and receive a pass back from the coach/pick up open puck.
-Players skate w/puck & tight turn the rest of the way and stop in the opposite corner from which they started.
