1. Two lines as shown in center ice (diagram shown with one line only, but both lines do same pattern at same time)

2. On whistle, first player skates fwds to blueline, pivots backward. Performs Russian Circle around face off circle in zone.

3. Skater then explodes to blue line and performs cross overs across blue, fwds to red, cross overs across red, fwds to far blue, crossovers across far blue, and quick forwards skate around far zone face off circle back to line.
