Interval Skate

Description

This is a 30-second interval burnout drill. Group 1 does a 30-second back and forth between the blue line and the goal line, then at the next interval group 1 rests and group 2 skates between the blue line to the blue line and then at the next interval group 2 rests and group 3 skates between the goal line and the blue line. This is then repeated in cycles such as three times through.

Notes: Simulates hard skating on shifts and recovery (i.e. intervals).
