Diagram 1 is the set up of a 5on5 in Zone play.
Teams will play 5on5 until coach blows whistle.
On whistle, 3 red F's need to clear zone and turn up & around the 3 cones in the NZ.
At this time, the Black players need to move around the Zone and complete at least 4 quick passes that include the D at least once in the 4 passes.
Once the red F's complete their turns, they can race back to the zone and defend.
Once the black players have completed the 4 passes they can attack the net, even 5on2 vs the Red D, if the Red F's aren't back yet.
