Wingers - power skate to far face off dot, tight turn and touch post and return.
Center - straight power skate sprint - touch cross bar - return
Defense - Forward power skate to far blue - cross over steps to middle - backward to near
blue - return.
Goalies - sprint forward to bench - 3 up downs - return
