Description

Use ice available and divide players by experience into groups on the goal line. Iterate through groups with strengthening moves (no stick):
1. BASIC STRIDE: emphasize low/long strides with arm swing and ankle thrust
2. C-CUTS: alternate LOUD c-cuts, advanced players lift toes and twist (corkscrew)
3. ON 1-FOOT: balance/dip/hold on one foot between blue line or every 3 strides, advanced players attempt "shoot the duck"
4. JUMPS: stride and jump to practice explosiveness, advanced practice outside edge or backwards
5. STOPS: put it together with 2-foot stops/starts at top circles and red/blue lines
