Pylon Warmup

Drill Diagram

Description

All players with pucks and go hard on whistle, ease up on next whistle. One set of pylons are tighter together where they are making narrower turns (side to side) while the other row of cones are spread out creating wider turns and exaggerating those edges.

Goalies at center ice facing each other doing their warmup.

Notes: Stop and go other way; change pylon formation; also have them go to 2nd cone then backwards pedal around the first cone.
