Line Forwards up in opposite corners
Split D into 2 groups, position opposite to forwards in the corners

Coach blows whistle, forward in corner passes puck to the D
Forward skates around circle and positions themselves in front of the net
D controls puck and moves into the shooting lane, once forward is in front of the net the D shoots

After shot the Forward loops in the opposite corner and receives a pass from a coach, coach is postioned in winger break out spot. Mix up middle and boards plays. D Shadows and pivots once player has the puck to transition into a one on one.

During skate up the ice coach the forward to push the dot.

Progress to replacing coach with player and create a 2 on 1 with the boards player trailing but driving the net.
