Defenseman will skate forward to the red line, pivot and skate backwards, pivot and pick a puck out of the pile, step to the middle of the ice, and chip off of the boards or glass in to the red line neutral zone area.

Forward will stark skating around the center circle, timing his route with the defenseman so that he is picking up speed and picking up the chip pass at full speed, shoot the puck, stop at the net for a rebound, and backcheck hard to the center circle.
