On the whistle, players along boards take off up the ice, player on far side comes across the ice and follows up the play.
First player is carrying puck wide into offensive zone, stays wide, and then delays near hash marks.
Second player becomes the high trailer and calls for pass. If player is on forehand, then onetime shot. If player must receive on forehand, then pass and drive.
