Coach places puck in the high slot. first players in line race the course with the winner shooting on net. Both forwards rebound until coaches whistle and then proceed to opposite corner. 1st D attacks the net 2nd D defends. The whistle also starts the next pair. Goalies rotate in after completing the cross at center.

Notes: Goalie coach can add 4-5 up and downs or different movements around the cross.
