This is a drill where both sides can go at the same time .

D1 skates towards F1 and at the red line gives a pass to F1.
D1 then pivots backwards around the outside of the pylon.
F1 starts skating inside the pylons and this leads to a 1 on 1

F1 has the option to give a pass to the Coach or not in which
it would turn into a 2 on 1.

D1 tries to stop F1 from getting to the net with the puck
F1 tries to get to the net and score
